Noy Contracting, Inc. is a residential, commercial and private interior renovation company serving the tri-state area.  Our craftsmen are licensed and insured with more than 20 years of experience.  Noy Contracting, provides quality service in all types of flooring, kitchen cabinetry, bathroom remodeling, custom closets etc.  Owner, Vanik Garibyan, oversees every job ensuring only the highest quality of construction. CONSULTATION

 

• We will be happy to meet with you for a free on-site estimate, providing assistance with design possbilities and product selection.

 

WORK SCOPE AND PROPOSAL 

 

• Upon your approval, we prepare a proposal in complete detail of "work to be done."

• Futhermore, review the proposal with you in detail and make necessary changes to meet your needs.

 

PRODUCT SELECTION

 

• If requested, we will present you with sample tiles, appliances, cabinetry, lighting and countertops etc.  Once you’ve selected and approved these items, we will order everything and subsequently handle all deliveries.

 

Demolition/Renovation 

 

• Once all necessary permits and board approvals are completed (when needed) and your products are standing by for delivery, we’re ready to begin.  Our team will coordinate every aspect of the project, including tradesmen, materials deliveries and all other details.

 

Customer Satisfaction

 

• Upon completion,  our general contractor will take a final walk through with the client to ensure 100% satisfaction.
